Employee Entrepreneur Mindset – Which Do You Have?

What I want to shoot the breeze to you about today is something that turns into a lot of conversation and is tossed around a significant. That is the Employee versus Entrepreneur mindset. The problem since i see it though is this most times this topic is discussed it isn’t a conversation that may be used to enlighten people into the different ways of thinking, but to look to convince someone what significance way of thinking is. How they should think. How they should act. What they should do. It`s usually in a manner to convince them decide to buy or sign up for something. Have you had the experience before?

To me that isn`t the reason for the Employee john spencer ellis traveling entrepreneur Mindset discussion; why should you? Because not everyone is expected to be an entrepreneur and not everyone is meant to be an employee! Simply! The thousands of companies that exist today wouldn’t exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own home based business. Conversely there has to some entrepreneurs commence the businesses establish products and services and the livelihoods that go along with them.

What I’d like to do today is simply walk through essentials of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion and ask you questions along the way. Not questions about you decide for something, or buying something, no, just questions about do you totally appreciate what mindset a person? Or what it is you are seeking.

I read an article today that discussed how entrepreneurs are born means they can be found. That it can’t be learned, it can’t be taught, and it has to be an instinct! I am a very well read individual and indicates that that That’s not me always going to read items that I believe. This is one amongst those protective cases. While I agree presently there are different models of entrepreneurs with different skill sets and instincts, I do not think it is something that can’t be taught. The author in my opinion, contradicted himself by saying, the “entrepreneurial instinct can be a latent one, and awoken upon seeing someone else using the skill.” To me, which is being enlightened, being educated and coming over to terms the particular fact which you want become an business owner. To close out my point, according to the author, mathematicians are born with the ability to differentiate second order differential equations. Salvaging just your market years of Calculus courses that awakens their “latent” ability! Ya right!

I digress and be aware you can learn to become an entrepreneur as I am living proof that it done. Once an engineer in vehicle industry, yes I had my “latent” ability to differentiate second order differential equations awoken somewhat reluctantly over the years, I now run a very successful multi-national organization that i have built over the past 6 time. Did I have capabilities I needed? No. I learned that. Did I have the desire, and think this is where that author made a slight mistake, it’s the need that can’t taught. Escalating the burning in your belly that motivates you do this takes to get the job done, regardless if you are an employee or online marketer. When my engineering career wasn’t getting the job finished me personally, I changed and here’ am. Enough about me though, are you able to is give me an idea? Do you want to be an employee or small business owner?

For some people the thought of being operator scares them, where others it confuses them. It confuses them as food preparation don’t know what being a businessperson means. Basically an entrepreneur is term applied to person who is willing to file for a start-up or enterprise and accept full responsibility for merely. Sounds simple right but purchasing you don’t under estimate the simplicity of that definition.
